This privacy policy describes the data processing activities carried out by SEDIVER SAS (hereafter “SEDIVER” or “we”) during your navigation on the website Sediver.com (hereafter the “Website”).

SEDIVER complies with the SEVES Group EU Privacy Policy. Therefore, the information provided in this notice complements those contained in the SEVES Group EU Privacy Policy. We invite you to refer to this group privacy policy to obtain general information on how we process your personal data within the SEVES Group.

We remind you that you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and limitation with regard to the processing of your personal data as well as the right to define guidelines regarding what happens to your data after your death to the extent applicable under local legislation, and the right of portability of your personal data. When you choose to contact us via our contact form, we process the information you fill out in the form for the purpose of handling your request and respond to your enquiries (first name, last name, e-mail address, country, position and company, and content of the request). The legal basis for this processing activity is your consent.

Your personal data will be shared with our marketing team and, depending on the purpose of your request the relevant department within our company. Your data may also be communicated to other companies of our group, i.e. any company directly or indirectly controlled by SEVES Group S.a.r.l (hereafter “our Group”), and to our business partners, in particular our agents, throughout the world, if it is necessary to respond to your request. They will also be shared with the third party providers involved in the management and IT support of our website. Your data will be kept until you withdraw your consent or, in any event, no more than three years after you contacted us. Depending on the purpose of your request, we may further process your personal data for this purpose on another legal basis et keep your data as necessary to achieve this purpose. We may process your personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address, country, position and company) for the purpose of allowing the download of our whitepaper documents and, unless you object to direct marketing, to send you information about our group’s companies and products. The legal basis for these processing activities is our legitimate interest to know who access and download our resources and to send them direct marketing communication. Your personal data will be shared with our marketing and sales teams, the third-party providers involved in the management and IT support of our website, other companies of our Group and  our agents. Your data will be kept until you withdraw your consent or, in any event, no more than three years after you contacted us.
