在直流环境下要获得最佳性能并应对上述4种直流约束条件,塞迪维尔早在20世纪80年代中期就率先开发了具有以下特征的独有直流绝缘子:
- 高电阻率钢化玻璃(HRTG)的化学成分能够阻断离子流
- 优化的绝缘子设计,具有更长的漏电距离,以增强抗污秽性能并保护金属配件免受电解腐蚀
- 利用特殊的制造工艺生产纯度极高的玻璃,使其对离子积聚的敏感性降低
这种绝缘子的开发在很大程度上促进了业内建立高性能基准,包括后来在IEC 61325中引入的特定标准,该标准依然是描述HVDC性能要求的唯一国际标准。
绝缘子系列
